People are talking, talking 'bout people
I hear them whisper, you won't believe it
They think we're lovers kept under cover
I'll just ignore it, but they keep saying
We laugh just a little too loud
Stand just a little too close
We stare just a little too long
Maybe they're seeing something we don't, darlin'
… Let's give 'em something to talk about
Let's give 'em something to talk about
Let's give 'em something to talk about
How about love?
… I feel so foolish, I never noticed
You'd act so nervous
Could you be falling for me?
It took a rumor to make me wonder
Now I'm convinced I'm going under
Thinking 'bout you everyday
Dreaming 'bout you every night
I'm hoping that you feel the same way
Now that we know it, let's really show it, darlin'
… Let's give 'em something to talk about
A little mystery to figure out, babe
Let's give 'em something to talk about
How about love, love, love?
… Let's give 'em something to talk about, babe
A little mystery to figure out
Let's give 'em something to talk about
How about love?
… Ooh, listen up, baby
A little mystery won't hurt
Let's give 'em something to talk about
How about our love, love, love, love?
What child is this, who, laid to rest On Mary's lap is sleeping? Whom angels greet with anthems sweet While shepherds watch are keeping? This, this is Christ the King Whom shepherds guard and angels sing Haste, haste to bring Him laud The babe, the son of Mary
Why lies He in such mean estate Where ox and donkeys are feeding? Good Christians, fear, for sinners here The silent Word is pleading Nails, spears shall pierce him through the cross he bore for me, for you Hail, hail the Word made flesh the Babe, the Son of Mary
So bring him incense, gold, and myrrh Come, peasant, king, to own him The King of kings salvation brings Let loving hearts enthrone him Raise, raise a song on high The virgin sings her lullaby Joy, joy for Christ is born The babe, the Son of Mary
This, this is Christ the King Whom shepherds guard and angels sing Haste, haste to bring Him laud The babe, the son of Mary
That's all I wanted Something special, something sacred In your eyes For just one moment To be bold and naked At your side Sometimes I think that you'll never Understand me Maybe this time is forever Say it can be, whoa
That's all you wanted Something special, someone sacred In your life Just for one moment To be warm and naked At my side
Sometimes I think that you'll never Understand me But something tells me together We'd be happy, oh oh
I will be your father figure (Oh baby) Put your tiny hand in mine (I'd love to) I will be your preacher teacher (Be your daddy) Anything you have in mind (It would make me) I will be your father figure (Very happy) I have had enough of crime (Please let me) I will be the one who loves you 'Til the end of time
That's all I wanted But sometimes love can be mistaken For a crime That's all I wanted Just to see my baby's Blue eyes shine This time I think that my lover Understands me If we have faith in each other Then we can be Strong, baby
I will be your father figure Put your tiny hand in mine I will be your preacher teacher Anything you have in mind I will be your father figure I have had enough of crime I will be the one who loves you 'Til the end of time
If you are the desert I'll be the sea If you ever hunger Hunger for me Whatever you ask for That's what I'll be
So when you remember the ones who have lied Who said that they cared But then laughed as you cried Beautiful darling Don't think of me
Because all I ever wanted It's in your eyes, baby And love can't lie, no (Greet me with the eyes of a child) My love is always tellin' me so (Heaven is a kiss and a smile) Just hold on, hold on I won't let you go, my baby
I will be your father figure Put your tiny hand in mine I will be your preacher teacher Anything you have in mind, baby I will be your father figure I have had enough of crime (So I am gonna love you) 'Til the end of time I will be your father I will be your preacher I will be your daddy, whoa I will be the one who loves you 'til the end of time
Gee but it's great to be back home
Home is where I want to be.
I've been on the road so long my friend,
And if you came along
I know you couldn't disagree.
It's the same old story, yeah
Everywhere I go,
I get slandered, libeled,
I hear words I never heard in the Bible
And I'm one step ahead of the shoe shine
Two steps away from the county line
Just trying to keep my customers satisfied,
Satisfied.
Deputy Sheriff said to me
Tell me what you come here for, boy.
You better get your bags and flee.
You're in trouble boy,
And you're heading into more.
It's the same old story,
Everywhere I go,
I get slandered, libeled,
I hear words I never heard in the Bible
And I'm one step ahead of the shoe shine
Two steps away from the county line
Just trying to keep my customers satisfied,
Satisfied
Woah woah woah woah
It's the same old story,
Everywhere I go,
I get slandered, libeled,
I hear words I never heard in the Bible
And I'm so tired, so tired
But I'm trying to keep my customers satisfied,
Satisfied
I've been drivin' all night, my hands wet on the wheel
There's a voice in my head that drives my heel
It's my baby callin', sayin', "I need you here"
And it's a half past four and I'm shiftin' gear
When she is lonely and the longing gets too much
She sends a cable, coming in from above
Don't need no phone at all
We've got a thing that's called radar love
We've got a wave in the air
Radar love
The radio's playin' some forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming On Strong"
The road has got me hypnotized
And I'm speedin' into a nude sunrise
When I get lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort coming in from above
We don't need no letter at all
We've got a thing tthat's called a radar love
We've got a line in the sky
Radar love
No more speed, I'm almost there
Gotta keep cool, now gotta take care
Last car to pass, here I go
And the line of cars go down real slow, woah
And the radio played that forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming On Strong"
And the newsman sang his same song
Oh, one more radar lover gone
When I get lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort coming in from above
We don't need no letter at all
We've got a thing that's called radar love
We've got a line in the sky
We've got a thing that's called radar love
We've got a thing that's called
Radar love
Here you come knockin' on my door baby Tell me what you got on your mind I guess those college boys all went home for the summertime And you're lookin' right, lookin' good, lookin' like a woman should So why is it so hard to find A place to lay your pretty little head down once in a while You run on a little tough luck baby Don't you sweat it Everything is waiting inside for ya You know I got it Come and get it

And who's the one guy that you come runnin' to When your lovelife starts tumblin'? I got the money if you got the honey Let's cut a deal let's make a plan
Who's your daddy, who's your baby? Who's your buddy, who's your man?

Who's your daddy, who's your baby? Who's your buddy, who's your friend?
And who's the one guy that you come runnin' to When your lovelife starts tumblin'? I got the money if you got the honey Let's cut a deal let's make a plan
Who's your dady, who's your baby? Who's your buddy, who's your man?
Who's your dady, who's your baby? Who's your buddy, who's your man?
I was born across the river
In the mountains where I call home.
Lord, times were good there.
Don't know why I ever roamed
Oh, Tennessee River and a mountain man,
We get together anytime we can.
Oh, Tennessee River and a mountain man,
We play together in Mother Nature's band.
Me and my woman's done made our plans
On the Tennessee River, walkin' hand in hand
Gonna raise a famly, Lord, settle down
Where peace and love can still be found.
Oh, Tennessee River and a mountain man,
We get together anytime we can.
Oh, Tennessee River and a mountain man,
We play together in Mother Nature's band.
Don't you ever wonder Maybe if things had been slightly different You could be somebody else? Don't you wonder maybe If you took a left turn Instead of taking a right You could be somebody different?
Don't you ever wonder Could I have been Don't you ever wonder? Anyone, anyone Don't you ever wonder? Don't you ever wonder? Anyone, anyone, anyone
Could I have been a parking lot attendant? Could I have been millionaire in Bel Air? Could I have been lost somewhere at Red Rocks? Could I have been your little sister?
Could I have been anyone other than me? Could I have been anyone other than me? Could I have been anyone other than me? Could I have been anyone?
He stands, touch his hair, his shoes untied Tongue gaping stare Could I have been a magnet for money? Could I have been anyone other than me?
Twenty three and so tired of life Such a shame to throw it all away The images grow darker still Could I have been anyone other than me? Then I
Look up at the sky My mouth is open wide, lick and taste What's the use in worrying, what's the use in hurrying? Turn, turn we almost become dizzy
I am who I am, who I am well, who am I? Requesting some enlightenment Could I have been anyone other than me?
Sing and dance, I'll play for you tonight The thrill of it all Dark clouds may hang on me sometimes But I'll work it out then I
Look up at the sky My mouth is open wide, lick and taste What's the use in worrying, what's the use in hurrying Turn, turn we almost become dizzy
Falling out of a world of lies Could I have been dancing Nancy? A dancing Nancy Could I have been anyone other than me?
And then I'll sing and dance, la-la-la hey La-la-la hey, la-la-la Sing and dance, la-la-la hey La-la-la hey, la-la-la Sing and dance, I'll play for you tonight
The thrill of it all Dark clouds may hang on me sometimes But I'll work it out then I
Look up at the sky My mouth is open wide, lick and taste What's the use in worrying, what's the use in hurrying? Turn, turn we almost become dizzy
How does your light shine
In the halls of Shambala
How does your light shine
In the halls of Shambala
Tell me how does your light shine
In the halls of Shambala
Tell me how does your light shine
In the halls of Shambala
Ah ooh yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Ah ooh yeah
On the road to Shambala
Ah ooh yeah
To Shambala
Ah ooh yeah
On the road to Shambala
Cherish is the word I use to describe
All the feeling that I have hiding here for you inside
You don't know how many times I've wished that I had told you
You don't know how many times I've wished that I could hold you
You don't know how many times I've wished that I could
Mold you into someone who could
Cherish me as much as I cherish you
Perish is the word that more than applies
To the hope in my heart each time I realize
That I am not gonna be the one to share your dreams
That I am not gonna be the one to share your schemes
That I am not gonna be the one to share
What seems to be the life that you could
Cherish as much as I do yours
Oh, I'm beginning to think that man has never found
The words that could make you want me
That have the right amount of letters, just the right sound
That could make you hear, make you see
That you are drivin' me out of my mind
Oh, I could say I need you but then you'd realize
That I want you just like a thousand other guys
Who'd say they loved you With all the rest of their lies
When all they wanted was to touch your face, your hands
And gaze into your eyes
Cherish is the word I use to describe
All the feeling that I have hiding here for you inside
You don't know how many times I've wished that I had told you
You don't know how many times I've wished that I could hold you
You don't know how many times I've wished that I could
Mold you into someone who could
Cherish me as much as I cherish you
And I do cherish you
And I do cherish you
Cherish is the word
I'll drive a million miles To be with you tonight So if you're feeling low Turn up your radio The words we use are strong They make reality But now the music's on Oh baby dance with me yeah.
Rip it up Move down Rip it up Move it down to the ground Rip it up Cool down Rip it up And get the feeling not the word.
Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun.
Deep in the world tonight Our hearts beat safe and sound I'll hold you so close Just let yourself go down.
Rip it up Move down Rip it up Move it down to the ground Rip it up Cool down Rip it up Get out what's inside of you
Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun.
On the edge of oblivion All the world is Babylon And all the love and ev'ryone A ship of fools sailing on (Ev'rybody) Ev'rybody have fun tonight (Ev'rybody) Ev'rybody have fun tonight.
Across the nation Around the world Ev'rybody have fun tonight A celebration so spread the word.
Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody Wang Chung tonight Ev'rybody have fun tonight Ev'rybody have fun.

So this ain't the end, I saw you again, today I had to turn my heart away Smiled like the sun, kisses for everyone And tales, it never fails
You lying so low in the weeds I bet you gonna ambush me You'd have me down, down, down, down on my knees Now wouldn't you, barracuda? Oh
Back over time we were all trying for free You met the porpoise and me, uh-huh No right, no wrong you're selling a song, a name Whisper game
And if the real thing don't do the trick You better make up something quick You gonna burn, burn, burn, burn, burn to the wick Ooh, barracuda, oh yeah
"Sell me, sell you" the porpoise said Dive down deep now to save my head, you I think that you got the blues too
All that night and all the next Swam without looking back Made for the western pools, silly, silly fools
The real thing don't do the trick, no You better make up something quick You gonna burn, burn, burn, burn, burn it to the wick Ohh, barra-barracuda, yeah

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso I fell in love with a Mexican girl. Night-time would find me in Rosa's cantina; Music would play and Felina would whirl.
Blacker than night were the eyes of Felina, Wicked and evil while casting a spell. My love was deep for this Mexican maiden; I was in love but in vain, I could tell.
One night a wild young cowboy came in, Wild as the West Texas wind. Dashing and daring, A drink he was sharing With wicked Felina, The girl that I loved.
So in anger I Challenged his right for the love of this maiden. Down went his hand for the gun that he wore. My challenge was answered in less than a heart-beat; The handsome young stranger lay dead on the floor.
Just for a moment I stood there in silence, Shocked by the foul, evil deed I had done. Many thoughts raced through my mind as I stood there; I had but one chance and that was to run.
Out through the back door of Rosa's I ran, Out where the horses were tied. I caught a good one. It looked like it could run. Up on it's back And away I did ride,
Just as fast as I Could from the West Texas town of El Paso Out to the bad-lands of New Mexico.
Back in El Paso my life would be worthless. Everything's gone in life; nothing is left. It's been so long since I've seen the young maiden My love is stronger than my fear of death.
I saddled up and away I did go, Riding alone in the dark. Maybe tomorrow A bullet may find me. Tonight nothing's worse than this Pain in my heart.
And at last here I Am on the hill overlooking El Paso; I can see Rosa's cantina below. My love is strong and it pushes me onward. Down off the hill to Felina I go.
Off to my right I see five mounted cowboys; Off to my left ride a dozen or more. Shouting and shooting I can't let them catch me. I have to make it to Rosa's back door.
Something is dreadfully wrong for I feel A deep burning pain in my side. Though I am trying To stay in the saddle, I'm getting weary, Unable to ride.
But my love for Felina is strong and I rise where I've fallen, Though I am weary I can't stop to rest. I see the white puff of smoke from the rifle. I feel the bullet go deep in my chest.
From out of nowhere Felina has found me, Kissing my cheek as she kneels by my side. Cradled by two loving arms that I'll die for, One little kiss and Felina, good-bye.
Friday night, it was late, I was walking you home
We got down to the gate and I was dreaming of the night
Would it turn out right
How to tell you girl
I want to build my world around you
Tell you that it's true
I want to make you understand I'm talkin' about a lifetime plan
That's the way it began, we were hand in hand
Glenn Miller's Band was better than before
We yelled and screamed for more
And the Porter tunes (Night and Day)
Made us dance across the room
It ended all too soon
And on the way back home I promised you'd never be alone
Hurry, don't be late, I can hardly wait
I said to myself when we're old
We'll go dancing in the dark
Walking through the park and reminiscing
Friday night, it was late, I was walking you home
We got down to the gate and I was dreaming of the night
Would it turn out right
Now as the years roll on
Each time we hear our favorite song
The memories come along
Older times we're missing
Spending the hours reminiscing
Hurry, don't be late, I can hardly wait
I said to myself when we're old
We'll go dancing in the dark
Walking through the park and reminiscing
When I could have been your star You listened to people Who scared you to death and from my heart Strange that you were strong enough To even make a start But you'll never find Peace of mind Til you listen to your heart
People You can never change the way they feel Better let them do just what they will For they will If you let them Steal your heart from you People Will always make a lover feel a fool But you knew I loved you We could have shown them all We should have seen love through
Fooled me with the tears in your eyes Covered me with kisses and lies So goodbye But please don't take my heart
You are far I'm never gonna be your star I'll pick up the pieces And mend my heart Maybe I'll be strong enough I don't know where to start But I'll never find Peace of mind While I listen to my heart
People You can never change the way they feel Better let them do just what they will For they will If you let them Steal your heart
And people Will always make a lover feel a fool But you knew I loved you We could have shown them all
But remember this Every other kiss That you ever give Long as we both live When you need the hand of another man One you really can surrender with I will wait for you Like I always do There's something there That can't compare with any other
You are far When I could have been your star You listened to people Who scared you to death and from my heart Strange that I was wrong enough To think you'd love me too I guess you were kissing a fool You must have been kissing a fool

I said "Mama, he's crazy and he scares me
But I want him by my side
Though he's wild and he's bad
And sometimes just plain mad
I need him to keep me satisfied"
I said "Papa, don't cry cause it's alright
And I see you in some of his ways
Though he might not give me the life that you wanted
I'll love him the rest of my days"
Misguided angel hangin' over me
Heart like a Gabriel, pure and white as ivory
Soul like a Lucifer, black and cold like a piece of lead
Misguided angel, love you 'til I'm dead
I said "Brother, you speak to me of passion
You said never to settle for nothing less
Well, it's in the way he walks,
It's in the way he talks
His smile, his anger and his kisses"
I said "Sister, don't you understand?
He's all I ever wanted in a man
I'm tired of sittin' around the T.V. every night
Hoping I'm finding a Mr. Right"
Misguided angel hangin' over me
Heart like a Gabriel, pure and white as ivory
Soul like a Lucifer
Black and cold like a piece of lead
Misguided angel, love you 'til I'm dead
He says "Baby, don't listen to what they say
There comes a time when you have to break away"
He says "Baby there are things we all cling to all our life
It's time to let them go and become my wife"
Misguided angel hangin' over me
Heart like a Gabriel, pure and white as ivory
Soul like a Lucifer
Black and cold like a piece of lead
Misguided angel, love you 'til I'm dead
I can't light no more of your darkness All my pictures seem to fade to black and white Im growing tired and time stands still before me Frozen here on the ladder of my life
Its much too late to save myself from falling I took a chance and changed your way of life But you misread my meaning when I met you Closed the door and left me blinded by the light
Don't let the sun go down on me Although I search myself, it's always someone else I see Id just allow a fragment of your life to wander free But losing everything is like the sun going down on me
Ladies and gentlemen Mr. Elton john
I can't find Oh, the right romantic line But see me once and see the way feel Don't discard me baby don't Just because you think I mean you harm Just because you think I mean you harm, oh But these cuts I have, cuts I have They need love They need love, they need love to help them heal
Oh, don't let the sun go down on me Although I search myself, it's always someone else I see Id just allow a fragment of your life to wander free Cause losing everything is like the sun going down on me
Don't let the sun go down on me Although I search myself, it's always someone else I that see, yeah Id just allow a fragment of your life to wander free baby, oh Cause losing everything is like the sun going down on me
She dashed by me in painted on jeans
And all the heads turned because she was the queen
In the blink of an eye I knew her number and her name yeah
And she said I was the tiger she wanted to tame
I was in search of a good time
Just running my game
Love was the furthest
From my mind
Caribbean Queen
Now we're sharing the same dream
And our hearts they beat as one
No more love on the run
I lose my cool when she steps in the room
And I get so excited just from her perfume
Electric eyes that you can't ignore
And passion burns you like never before
I was in search of a good time
Just running my game
Love was the furthest
Furthest from my mind
Caribbean Queen
Now we're sharing the same dream
And our hearts they beat as one
No more love on the run
Caribbean Queen
Now we're sharing the same dream
And our hearts they beat as one
No more love on the run
Caribbean Queen
Now we're sharing the same dream
And our hearts they beat as one
No more love on the run
I won't let you down
I will not give you up
Gotta have some faith in the sound
It's the one good thing that I've got
I won't let you down
So please don't give me up
'Cause I would really, really
Love to stick around, oh yeah
Heaven knows
I was just a young boy
Didn't know what
I wanted to be
Didn't know what
I wanted to be
I was every little hungry
Schoolgirl's pride and joy
And I guess it was enough for me
To win the race?
A prettier face!
Brand new clothes and
A big fat place
On your rock and roll TV
But today the way
I play the game is not the same
No way
Think I'm gonna get myself happy
I think there's
Something you
Should know
I think it's time
I told you so
There's something
Deep inside of me
There's someone
Else I've got to be
Take back your
Picture in a frame
Take back your
Singing in the rain
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes
Do not make the man
All we have to do now
Is take these lies and
Make them true somehow
All we have to see
Is that I don't belong to you
And you don't
Belong to me yeah, yeah
Freedom
Freedom
Freedom
You've gotta give
For what you take
Freedom
Freedom
Freedom
You've gotta give
For what you take
Heaven knows we sure
Had some fun boy
What a kick just a buddy and me
What a kick just a buddy and me
We had every big shot
Good-time band on the run boy
We were living in a fantasy
We won the race
Got out of the place
I went back home got a
Brand new face
For the boys on MTV
But today the way
I play the game has got to change
Oh yeah
Now I'm gonna get myself happy
I think there's something
You should know
I think it's time I stopped the show
There's something deep inside of me
There's someone I forgot to be
Take back your picture in a frame
Don't think that I'll be back again
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes
Do not make the man
All we have to do now
Is take these lies and
Make them true somehow
All we have to see
Is that I don't belong to you
And you don't belong
To me, yea yea
Freedom (I won't let you down)
Freedom (I will not give you up)
Freedom
(Gotta have some faith in the sound)
You've gotta give for what you take
(It's the one good thing that I've got)
Freedom
Freedom
(So please don't give me up)
Freedom
('Cause I would really, really love to stick around)
You've gotta give for what you take
Well it looks like the road to heaven
But it feels like the road to hell
When I knew which
Side my bread was buttered
I took the knife as well
Posing for another picture
Everybody's got to sell
But when you shake your ass
They notice fast
And some mistakes were built to last
That's what you get, that's what you get
That's what you get, I said that's what you get
That's what you get, for changing your mind
That's what you get, for changing your mind
That's what you get, that's what you get
And after all this time
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes
Do not make the man, do not make the man
All we have to do now
Is take these lies and
Make them true somehow
All we have to see
Is that I don't belong to you
And you don't belong
To me, yea yea
Freedom, oh
Freedom
Freedom
You've got to give for what you take
Freedom (hold onto my)
Freedom
Freedom
You've got to give for what you take
You've got to give for what you take
Yeah, you've got to give for
What you, give for what you give
May not be what you want from me
Just the way it's got to be
Lose the face now
I've got to live I've got to live
I want to break free I want to break free I want to break free from your lies You're so self satisfied I don't need you I've got to break free God knows, God knows I want to break free
I've fallen in love I've fallen in love for the first time And this time I know it's for real I've fallen in love, yeah God knows, God knows I've fallen in love
It's strange but it's true, yeah I can't get over the way you love me like you do But I have to be sure When I walk out that door Oh, how I want to be free, baby Oh, how I want to be free Oh, how I want to break free
But life still goes on I can't get used to living without, living without Living without you by my side I don't want to live alone, hey God knows, got to make it on my own
So baby can't you see I've got to break free I've got to break free I want to break free, yeah I want, I want, I want, I want to break free
